If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We may request photos or videos to review and confirm the issue.

Return & Refund Conditions:

• A product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• The product must be in its original packaging.                                                             

Refunds or replacements are only provided in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defects.
• Product damaged during shipping.
• Incorrect item received.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
